Terms of Credit
I agree to the terms of credit.
1 From the time of delivery, of the bin(s) to the customer, until the bin(s) is collected by
Hastie Waste, the customer will:
(a) Maintain the bin(s) in a clean and sanitary condition, at the customer’s expense and comply with the provisions of any laws coverning the storage, collection and disposal of waste and recyclables.
(b) Not use the bin(s) for any purpose other than the depositing and storage of waste for collection and disposal by Hastie Waste.
(c) Not intentionally or unintentionally cause damage to any bin.
2 All bins shall remain the property of Hastie Waste. If bins need to be replaced, repaired or serviced as a result of the customer’s (or its’ contractors) breach of clause 1, the customer
will pay to Hastie Waste the cost of replacing the bin or the cost of servicing, repairing or restoring the bin to its original condition, whichever is the lesser.
3 Overfull bins are a safety risk. Waste must be confined within the bin. Overfull bins and/or extra lifts incur extra charges.
4 If bins are inaccessible, overfull or unsafe at the time of service, any such bin shall be considered serviced and charged at the rate applicable for a successful service.
5 Payment in full will be made to Hastie Waste Pty Ltd no later than 20 days from receipt of each monthly invoice/statement
6 Invoices will be emailed to the address provided.
7 Debt collections costs will be added in the event you do not pay your account within our terms. All collection costs, legal fees and associated costs incurred as a result of the debt being passed to a third party will be payable by you.
8 Minimum spend of $500 required prior to cancellation of bin service **this does not apply if you own your own 240ltr bins**
I, being authorised to order goods do hereby agree to the terms of credit, above and to the terms of hire as agreed with Hastie Waste’s representative.
